Your name, reply email, optional company, project type, message, language, submission time, and the version and time of your explicit consent. A one-way network identifier is used only to slow abuse; the raw IP address is not stored in the studio inbox.
To read your request, understand the possible work, prevent spam, and reply to you. Contact data is not sold or added to an advertising list.
HelloHafez is the controller of messages in this inbox. Only the owner can open it through authenticated access and an explicit allowlist. The hosting infrastructure acts as a processor for normal request delivery, storage, and site protection.
The operational target is 180 days, not a guaranteed automatic expiry. Records older than 180 days are normally removed when the owner opens the inbox. If the inbox is inactive, an older record may remain longer.
You can ask HelloHafez to show, correct, or delete a contact message. Use the same contact form and write “privacy request” at the start so the owner can identify and answer it.
Cloudflare may set the strictly necessary __cf_bm cookie to distinguish automated traffic and protect the site. HelloHafez does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Your browser stores only the time you dismissed the essential notice, for up to 180 days, and whether the studio prompt appeared in the current browser session.

عشان نقرأ طلبك، نفهم الشغل الممكن، نخفف الرسائل المزعجة، ونرد عليك. بيانات التواصل ما بنبيعها وما بنضيفها لقائمة إعلانات.
هلو حافظ هو المتحكم برسائل هذا الصندوق. المالك فقط بقدر يفتحه من خلال تسجيل دخول وقائمة سماح واضحة. بنية الاستضافة بتعمل كمعالج لبيانات توصيل الطلب، التخزين، وحماية الموقع.
الهدف التشغيلي 180 يوم، لكنه مش حذف تلقائي مضمون. السجلات الأقدم من 180 يوم بتنحذف عادةً لما المالك يفتح الصندوق. إذا الصندوق ما انفتح لفترة، ممكن يضل سجل أقدم مدة أطول.
بتقدر تطلب من هلو حافظ تشوف رسالتك أو تصححها أو تحذفها. استخدم نفس نموذج التواصل وابدأ الرسالة بعبارة «طلب خصوصية» عشان يقدر المالك يحددها ويرد عليها.
قد تستخدم Cloudflare ملف __cf_bm الضروري لتمييز الزيارات الآلية وحماية الموقع. HelloHafez ما بستخدم ملفات تعريف للإعلانات أو التحليلات. متصفحك بحفظ فقط وقت إغلاق تنبيه الحماية لمدة أقصاها ١٨٠ يوم، وإذا ظهرت رسالة الاستوديو خلال جلسة التصفح الحالية.
